My top wish would be for improvements to tables in Google Docs, such as the ability to merge cells, and for header rows to repeat across pages.

I'd like to see an improved way of handling folders in Google Drive. It can be very easy for users to move folders rather than add folders - users with edit access can move a folder out of a hierarchy without realising it. It feels like there should be more warnings to stop a user doing this.
